I Am Mentality, The.Be.Org and B360  have partnered to form "The Collective"; a group of Black-led organizations collaborating to provide 100 plus hours of training, transferable skills & empowerment to 1,300 youth and young adults in the greater Baltimore area.

The Collective is a Black-led organization with uniqueness in their proximity to Baltimore in lived and learned experiences through STEM, SEL, youth empowerment, mentoring youth development, and programming.
